I have periods of life when I want to be stubborn. In a good sense of the word. Yes, it exists. And I’m plunged with board games. But here’s the bad luck: you can’t play one. But a few calls to friends, and here you have a full batch of players in your apartment, and for the whole day you are provided with everything you like.It is clear that the hut is just a reason to gather a whole shobla, but the reason is good. And even then it is not always possible to do this: personally, I have a free apartment is planned only for the summer. And what to do if you want to play in the fall? That’s right – the gaming, and one of these went this weekend in the ZIL cultural center, and it is called the “Playfold”.

“Playfold” can be called not just a game, but a whole festival. Let him have a little more than 5 thousand people for the weekend (when compared with the gamerist, then the gap, of course, is noticeable. But let this figure not bother you-for such events in Russia this is a record), but the number of entertainment was enough: here you have a title player, and a large number of tournaments in all kinds of games, and even a master class in miniatures for Warhammer Fantasy and 40,000 (hair dryer, if you started slobberry, then do not worry-I also do not worry!).
In addition to me, Ksenia Kontievskaya, with whom I went to the event, became the representative of the blogs of SG. We went on Sunday, the so -called tournament day. The weather whispered that it was better to sit at home and not go anywhere. We made it clear that we wanted to spit on it 🙂

The entire festival occupied three floors of ZIL. Immediately rising to the third floor, we got into the tournament zone. As part of the playful, the final of the Russian qualifying stage of the World Cupson Championship, the Moscow Star Wars: The Card Game tournament, as well as local tournaments. But the most attention was occupied by Warhammer (Feng, you can let the saliva again). Let the fans of the fantasy universe represent most of the players, but the forty-thousandths were also (only for some reason there were no “orcs” among them! Well, or I was so blinded by the joy of XD). Once there was a wild desire to join this culture on my own, but I am lazy and therefore only observe the process from the outside. Someday I will correct;)

Well, on the second floor, it was already possible to take any game from the list provided, sit down at the table and play in the company of acquaintances and not very people without any problems. And here I realized again why I love the tables so much. At first, Ksenia and I played a couple in Santiago de Cuba, and a couple of young people joined us and we continued in this composition. As it turned out, while we were sitting and playing, three hours passed. Although only one passed by the inner sensation. Therefore, I can say – play board games.

Unfortunately, since we did not go on Saturday, we missed a couple more jokes, namely a master class on painting miniatures that I mentioned earlier, as well as presentations of new products: Wot Rush (I will make a review on which I will make in the near future) and Eador: the lords of the worlds (Flairwow, by the way, you went through the game then? And then you also go through the table: 3 The joke is not very). But you will manage to see the frames from the first day.
